Business details
Cop Inc. — 99 Boul. de l’aéroport, Bromont, QC, Canada. Telephone: 579-361-4797. Business correspondence: administration@cop.boutique.
This is the published business address. It is not automatic authorization to drop off a parcel, return an item or attend an appointment. All sellers ship orders directly to buyers; orders do not pass through Cop. Request instructions for the particular order before sending goods anywhere.
Orders and product concerns
For an order question, cancellation request, incorrect or damaged item, or authenticity concern, contact customercare@cop.boutique. For a question about the seller’s policy or whether an item can be returned, ask a Cop representative before purchasing. The applicable terms can differ between retailers, resale items and collectible products.
Returns and refunds
To request a return, write to returns@cop.boutique. For follow-up on an existing return or refund, write to help@cop.boutique. Review the Returns and Refunds Policy and the seller’s disclosed terms. Wait for case-specific return instructions; the business address and the address on the original parcel may not be the appropriate return destination.
Shipping and delivery
For processing, tracking or delivery questions, write to shipping@cop.boutique. Include the tracking number if available and identify the affected shipment when an order contains several parcels. Send delivery details privately rather than posting your address or tracking record in a public review.
Privacy, rights-holder reports and formal correspondence
Send privacy requests, rights-holder reports and questions about the terms to administration@cop.boutique, identifying the subject clearly. For a rights-holder report, include the relevant offer or URL and explain your authority and concern. For a privacy request, describe the information or action concerned; do not send unnecessary identity documents in your first message.
Information to keep private
Cop representatives do not need your account password, sign-in code, complete payment-card number or card security code to locate an order. If a message asks for these details, verify the request through the published contacts. Keep a copy of your correspondence and any instructions provided for your order.
