Eligible purchases are also covered by Cop Buyer Protection. If the seller does not resolve a covered delivery, condition or authenticity problem, Cop reviews the claim and funds an approved refund to the original payment method, independently of recovery from the seller. Every product offered for sale on Cop must be authentic. Counterfeit goods, unauthorized reproductions and products falsely represented as genuine are prohibited. This requirement applies to all sellers and suppliers, whether an item is new, pre-owned, collectible, discounted or designated final sale.

All sellers ship orders directly to buyers. Orders do not pass through Cop for physical inspection before dispatch. An item’s appearance on the storefront, a catalogue identifier or the wording “Authenticity Guaranteed” must not be understood as a statement that Cop employees have physically examined that particular unit. Sellers remain responsible for supplying authentic goods that match the offer. Cop handles reported concerns under this policy and the applicable consumer protections.

1. What the authenticity requirement covers

An item must be what the seller represents it to be, including its brand, model, edition and relevant identifying features. Sellers must not offer replicas as genuine products, use a genuine product’s catalogue page to sell a different item, or describe an unauthorized reproduction in a way that creates the impression of brand authorization. Describing a counterfeit as a replica, bootleg or “inspired” item does not make an otherwise unlawful listing acceptable.

The requirement also covers packaging, labels and accessories where they are represented as original. Sellers must disclose material alterations, replacement components, missing accessories and other differences that affect the accuracy of the offer. A genuine base product does not justify a false claim about a signature, collaboration, edition, grading result or included component.

2. Seller sourcing and documentation

Sellers must source goods lawfully and maintain records sufficient to support their representations. Depending on the item and the concern, relevant records can include supplier invoices, purchase receipts, provenance information, identifying photographs or other evidence linking the actual goods to their source. A document should be genuine, legible and relevant to the unit or inventory concerned.

A seller must not alter an invoice, fabricate a chain of supply, substitute a different item for review or rely on an unrelated receipt. Neither a barcode nor a catalogue identifier alone proves authenticity. Providing documentation does not excuse a misleading listing, and a seller remains responsible for checking the goods it sends to the buyer.

3. Direct shipping and the limits of catalogue information

Sellers prepare and dispatch their orders directly. Cop does not promise a universal inspection by multiple staff members, a particular laboratory test, UV examination or microscopic analysis for every purchase. The review methods appropriate to a reported concern depend on the product and the evidence available. We will not describe a review step as completed when it has not been performed.

Catalogue photographs can identify the model without depicting the exact physical unit delivered. Small manufacturing differences, regional packaging or changes across production runs may require context. Such differences are not automatically proof of counterfeiting, but they also do not excuse a material mismatch with the description. Ask for clarification before buying if an identifying detail is essential to your decision.

4. Condition and authenticity are separate questions

A genuine product can still be damaged, worn, incomplete or incorrectly described. An authenticity requirement does not replace the seller’s obligation to disclose condition accurately. Likewise, a product in apparently new condition is not necessarily genuine. Report the actual concern: authenticity, condition, the wrong size, missing contents or another discrepancy.

For sealed collectible products, preserve the packaging and seals when raising a concern. The contents of a legitimate randomized product can vary; disappointing contents alone are not evidence of a counterfeit. Signs of resealing, substituted contents or a misrepresented edition should be described with the supporting details available. Final-sale terms do not eliminate remedies for counterfeit or non-conforming goods.

5. Reporting a concern after purchase

Contact customercare@cop.boutique with the order number, affected item, seller information if available and a clear explanation of the concern. Useful evidence may include photographs of the item, labels, packaging, markings and the specific differences you observed. If you have an independent assessment, include its basis and the identity of the assessor rather than only a conclusion.

Keep the item and associated materials while the case is reviewed. Do not knowingly resell a potentially counterfeit product as genuine. Do not send an item to Cop, a seller or a third-party assessor without instructions about the appropriate destination and process. We will not make an unboxing video a universal condition for exercising a legal right.

6. Review and resolution

A reported concern may require information from the buyer, seller or another relevant source. We assess the evidence available and may request additional information to distinguish a counterfeit concern from a condition issue, a production variation or a catalogue error. A pending investigation is not a finding that either party acted improperly.

The appropriate remedy depends on the findings and applicable law. Where a refund, replacement or other remedy is required, final-sale wording and ordinary change-of-mind deadlines do not override that obligation. Return or handling instructions will be provided for the case; do not assume that suspected goods should be destroyed or returned through ordinary shipping without direction. Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains the related process.

7. Listing restrictions and seller accountability

Suspected or confirmed violations may lead to removal of an offer, restrictions on listings, suspension of selling privileges or other measures permitted by the seller agreement and law. Sellers must cooperate honestly with requests relevant to a concern. Correcting a listing does not erase responsibility for an item already sold, and creating another account must not be used to avoid a restriction.

Any withholding of seller funds, recovery of losses or other financial measure must have a basis in the applicable seller agreement and law. This public policy does not create an unlimited right to confiscate funds or destroy property. Cop does not hold seller inventory as part of the direct-shipping process described here. Any legal action or disclosure to an authority must be handled according to the circumstances and applicable requirements.

8. Reports from rights holders

Rights holders and authorized representatives can contact administration@cop.boutique to report suspected infringement. Identify the right concerned, the relevant offer or URL, the product, the basis for the report and your authority to make it. Include contact details sufficient to follow up. Avoid sending unrelated confidential documents or personal information.

Reports should be accurate and made in good faith. An authenticity complaint must not be used to remove lawful competing offers or settle an unrelated commercial disagreement. We may need to communicate relevant allegations to the affected seller so it can respond, while handling personal and confidential information under the Privacy Notice and applicable law.

9. Brand relationships and the scope of this policy

The presence of a brand name or product on Cop does not, by itself, mean that the brand sponsors Cop, authorizes every seller or has authenticated an individual item. Manufacturer warranties, grading services and third-party assessments are separate from the obligation to sell genuine goods. Any specific representation about those services must be supported and disclosed accurately.

This policy applies alongside the purchase terms, seller obligations and mandatory consumer law. It does not narrow a buyer’s right to complain about an incorrect description or a defect simply because authenticity is not in dispute. If you are unsure how a concern should be classified, describe it to a Cop representative rather than attempting to choose a legal category yourself.

Cop Buyer Protection covers eligible purchases completed through Cop checkout when an item does not arrive, arrives damaged, is counterfeit, or differs materially from the offer. If the seller does not resolve a covered problem, Cop reviews the claim and funds an approved refund to the original payment method. Your approved refund does not depend on the seller agreeing to reimburse Cop. Cop handles recovery from the seller separately.

All sellers ship directly to buyers. An order does not need to pass through Cop to qualify for this protection. This is an order-resolution commitment, not a claim that Cop physically inspects every item before shipment.

1. Purchases covered

The protection applies to purchases completed through Cop checkout, including purchases from independent sellers and eligible resale or collectible items. It is included at no additional charge. Keep your order confirmation so we can identify the purchase. A payment made directly to a seller outside Cop checkout is not covered by this program.

The program applies to orders placed on or after September 12, 2026. For an earlier order, contact Cop for help under the policies that applied when you purchased and your applicable legal rights. Those rights are not reduced by this program’s start date or conditions.

2. Problems covered

You may submit a claim if the item was not delivered to the agreed destination, arrived damaged, was counterfeit, or was materially different from the offer. Examples include the wrong product or size, an undisclosed used condition, missing components that were promised, or a defect present on delivery that was not disclosed. A tracking status alone does not settle a disputed delivery; Cop reviews the available delivery evidence and the circumstances reported.

You can also ask Cop to review an unresolved refund when you complied with an authorized return or cancellation and the refund that was agreed or required has not been issued. Include the authorization and any return tracking or receipt available.

A suspected counterfeit item must be reviewed before the claim is decided. Explain the concern and provide relevant photographs or other evidence available to you. Do not knowingly resell it or destroy it while the claim is pending. Cop will provide instructions if a return or further assessment is needed.

3. Final-sale items and ordinary returns

A final-sale designation does not exclude an otherwise eligible buyer-protection claim for non-delivery, counterfeit goods, damage or a material mismatch with the offer. Opening packaging reasonably necessary to discover a covered problem does not automatically disqualify the claim.

Changing your mind, choosing a size that does not fit when the correct size was delivered, a later price reduction, or disappointment with the randomized contents of a correctly described sealed collectible are not, by themselves, covered problems. Ordinary return eligibility continues to follow the seller’s disclosed policy and our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Damage caused after delivery by misuse, an alteration or an accident is outside this program. A disclosed defect is not an undisclosed problem. Manufacturer warranties and legal remedies may still apply independently.

4. When to contact Cop

Submit a claim within 30 calendar days after delivery. For an item that has not arrived, submit it within 30 calendar days after the latest delivery date communicated for the order. If no delivery date was provided, contact Cop as soon as you believe the order is overdue; we will not reject a claim solely because there was no date from which to calculate this period.

Report a problem promptly so delivery records and other evidence can be obtained. There is no general 48-hour reporting cutoff. These program deadlines do not shorten a mandatory legal warranty, statutory claim period or other right that cannot be excluded.

5. How to request help

Email customercare@cop.boutique with the subject “Buyer protection — order [your order number]”. Include the email address used for the order, the item concerned, a short explanation of the problem, and the resolution you have already requested. Attach relevant photographs, tracking details and seller correspondence if available. Never send passwords or full payment-card details.

You can contact Cop directly. If the seller has not yet had an opportunity to resolve the problem, Cop may coordinate that step and give you a date for follow-up. You do not have to continue chasing an unresponsive seller indefinitely. Reply to the same email thread if the problem remains unresolved.

6. Review and decision

Cop reviews the order, the offer as purchased, relevant delivery or return records, the information from you and the seller, and any further evidence reasonably needed. We may ask follow-up questions. An unboxing video is not a universal condition of coverage, and a seller’s refusal to cooperate is not by itself a reason to deny your claim.

We communicate the decision and the reason by email. Review time depends on the issue and the evidence required; we will identify any information still needed rather than promise an automatic approval. If you disagree, reply with the reason and any additional evidence to request reconsideration. You may also contact help@cop.boutique with your order number for a case follow-up.

7. Approved refunds and return costs

For an approved claim involving the entire affected item, Cop refunds the amount paid for that item, applicable taxes and its original shipping charge. For an order containing several items, the refund covers the affected items and any attributable shipping charge, not unrelated items you keep. A partial refund or replacement may be arranged if you agree to that resolution.

Cop funds the approved refund even if the seller refuses or fails to reimburse Cop. An approved refund is processed to the original payment method within 10 business days, unless a shorter period is required by law. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display it. Store credit will not be substituted without your agreement. If the original payment method can no longer receive a refund, Cop will contact you to arrange an appropriate alternative.

If a return is required for a covered problem, Cop arranges a prepaid return label or agrees in advance to reimburse reasonable return shipping. Use the destination and instructions supplied for your case. Do not ship to Cop’s business address or purchase additional services without instructions. All sellers ship directly, and returns may go directly to the seller or another specifically authorized recipient.

8. Limits and other remedies

This program resolves the affected purchase. It does not promise compensation for lost resale profits, price increases, indirect losses, personal injury or property damage. Contact Cop if a product presents a safety concern; any legal rights relating to that concern remain separate and intact.

The same loss cannot be refunded twice. Tell Cop if a seller, payment provider or another party has already refunded it, or if a chargeback is being reviewed, so the processes can be coordinated. You do not need to waive a legal right to ask Cop for help. False statements, altered evidence or returning a different item may result in denial based on the evidence and restrictions permitted by the applicable terms and law.

9. Relationship to other policies

This protection supplements the Returns and Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy and Authenticity Policy. If a seller’s ordinary return conditions conflict with the protection described here for an eligible claim, this protection applies. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply in all cases.

Cop will assess coverage using the version applicable when the order was placed. A later change to this program will not remove protection already attached to an eligible purchase. For questions before buying or help with a claim, contact customercare@cop.boutique.

This notice explains how Cop Inc. handles personal information in connection with cop.boutique, customer accounts, orders and customer-service requests. It covers information you provide, information generated when you use the storefront, and relevant information received from sellers and service providers. It also explains how to contact us about access, correction, consent or a privacy concern.

Cop operates a marketplace in which sellers ship directly to buyers. Providing delivery and order information to the seller fulfilling an order is therefore part of completing the transaction. This notice should be read with the information presented when you use a particular service and with the applicable notices of independent providers, including Shopify and payment providers.

1. Information you provide

When you shop or attempt a purchase, the transaction may involve your name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery addresses, selected products, sizes, quantities, order instructions and payment-related information. Account functions may also involve sign-in details, saved preferences and order history. Payment-card information is submitted through the available checkout and payment services; the fact that a payment is processed does not mean Cop support staff need your complete card number.

When you contact us, we receive the contents of your message and the information you choose to attach. This may include an order number, photographs of an item, correspondence about delivery or documents relevant to a return or authenticity concern. Send only information relevant to the request. Do not include account passwords, sign-in codes or a card security code in a support message.

2. Information generated through storefront use

Storefront operation can generate information such as an IP address, browser and device characteristics, pages and products viewed, referring pages, search terms, timestamps and interactions with shopping features. Cookies, browser storage, server logs and similar technologies can support a cart, account sessions, language preferences, recently viewed items and measurement of site use.

A link may contain a product or offer identifier, a reference value or information representing a search or filter selection. Encoding or encrypting a reference value does not make the whole browsing activity anonymous. Information connected with a session, account or order may remain personal information. Do not share a private checkout or account link publicly merely because part of the address is difficult to read.

3. Information received from sellers and providers

The seller fulfilling an order may provide information about stock, fulfilment, shipment tracking, delivery issues and responses to an order-related inquiry. Payment and commerce providers may provide transaction status, payment references and information relevant to risk assessment or dispute handling. Carriers may provide shipment events and delivery information.

We use information received from another party in connection with the relevant purpose, such as completing the order or resolving a delivery problem. The other party’s own collection and use of information may also be governed by its privacy notice. This notice does not imply that every seller has access to every customer’s account or browsing history.

4. Why information is used

Information is used to operate the storefront, maintain the cart and account functions, process purchases, communicate order updates, arrange direct fulfilment by sellers and handle returns, refunds, delivery questions and authenticity concerns. Relevant transaction and device information may also be used to identify unauthorized activity, protect accounts and investigate suspected misuse.

Information about use of the storefront may help diagnose technical problems, understand shopping activity and assess the performance of the site and marketing. Marketing messages and personalized advertising must be handled according to the preferences you provide and the consent or other authority required by applicable law. Information collected for an order is not unrestricted permission to use it for every future purpose.

5. Sharing for orders and customer support

The seller responsible for fulfilment receives the order and delivery information needed for that task. Carriers and providers supporting payment, commerce infrastructure and customer service may receive information needed for their respective services. For a dispute, return or authenticity inquiry, relevant details may be exchanged to identify the transaction, understand the concern and determine the response.

A seller’s access to buyer information for fulfilment is not permission to use that information for unrelated marketing without a lawful basis. Do not include sensitive information in delivery instructions unless it is necessary to complete the delivery. Information submitted to a public review or other public feature, where offered, can be seen by others; private customer-service channels are more appropriate for an address, order record or personal complaint details.

6. Shopify and other independent services

Shopify provides commerce infrastructure used for the storefront and checkout. Its handling of personal information is described in Shopify’s Privacy Policy. Payment methods, account features or other services you choose may involve additional provider terms. Review those terms at the point where you use the service.

Analytics and advertising services may process information in connection with measurement and marketing, subject to the services enabled and the choices applicable to your visit. Provider information is available through Google’s Privacy Policy. A list of possible technologies is not a statement that every provider operates on every page or for every visitor.

7. Cookies, preferences and marketing choices

Some storage supports essential functions such as maintaining a cart or remembering a language choice. Other technologies may support analytics or advertising. Use any privacy controls made available on the storefront and your browser or device controls to manage the relevant choices. Disabling storage may affect sign-in, cart continuity or other features. A browser setting does not necessarily delete information already associated with a completed order.

You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the unsubscribe mechanism in the message or contact us about your preference. Transactional messages needed to administer an existing purchase, such as shipment or refund information, are distinct from promotional subscriptions. Advertising platforms also provide their own preference controls. Opting out of a particular platform’s personalization does not necessarily stop all advertising or all essential processing.

8. Legal disclosures and business records

Relevant information may be disclosed where required or permitted by law, including to respond to a valid legal request, address fraud, protect legal rights or deal with a dispute. A request from a third party does not automatically justify disclosing an entire customer record. The purpose and lawful basis of a disclosure determine what information is appropriate.

A business reorganization or transfer involving customer information must be handled subject to the applicable privacy requirements. This notice does not grant an unrestricted right to transfer personal information for unrelated purposes. Order, accounting and dispute records may need to be retained even after an account is closed or a marketing subscription ends.

9. Processing locations and retention

Information may be processed outside your province or country, including through service providers operating in Canada, the United States or other locations relevant to their services. Information processed in another jurisdiction may be subject to its laws and lawful access requirements. Questions about the handling of a particular category of information can be directed to the privacy contact below.

Retention depends on the purpose of the information and applicable requirements, such as completing an order, maintaining required financial records, responding to a claim or protecting against fraud. A deletion request does not automatically require destruction of every transaction record, but it should not be treated as permission to retain all information indefinitely. We assess requests in light of the records concerned and the law that applies.

10. Access, correction and other requests

You may ask about the personal information held about you, request access or correction, and raise concerns about how it has been used or disclosed. Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, you may also have rights relating to withdrawal of consent, deletion, portability or restriction of a particular use. These rights can be subject to exceptions, including the protection of another person’s information and legally required recordkeeping.

Contact administration@cop.boutique and identify the request as a privacy matter. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity and understand the records requested. We will not ask you to disclose your account password to exercise a privacy right. If a request cannot be fulfilled in full, we explain the applicable basis and any further options required by law. You may contact the privacy authority with jurisdiction over your concern.

11. Children and account security

Purchases and account use must meet the legal-capacity requirements described in the Conditions of Use. Age-restricted activities, where offered, have their own rules. If you believe a child has provided information without the authorization required by law, contact us so the situation can be assessed.

Protect access to your email account and sign-in codes, particularly on a shared device. Contact customer care if you suspect unauthorized access or receive an unexpected payment or account request. No online service can promise that every transmission or storage system is free of risk. A concern involving exposure of personal information should be reported through the privacy contact without unnecessarily forwarding the exposed information to additional people.

12. Updates and contact

We may revise this notice to reflect changes in services, information practices or legal requirements. A new notice does not itself replace any notice or consent required for a materially different use of information. English and French versions are intended to explain the same practices.

This policy explains how to request a return or cancellation, what information to provide and how an approved refund is handled. It distinguishes a voluntary return because you changed your mind from a claim involving an incorrect, damaged, defective, counterfeit or otherwise non-conforming item. Those situations do not necessarily have the same conditions or remedies.

Read the terms of the particular offer before placing an order. The seller and the party fulfilling the item may affect the voluntary return arrangements. Nothing in this policy excludes a legal warranty, a mandatory cancellation right or another remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. A final-sale designation does not eliminate those rights.

1. Cop’s 30-day policy and seller-specific terms

Where Cop’s return policy applies to the offer, you have 30 days from receipt to request a voluntary return of an eligible new item. All sellers ship directly to buyers; a Cop return policy does not mean the order is physically handled by Cop. The item must remain unworn, unused and in the same condition in which it was delivered, with the original tags, included accessories and original packaging. Keep your receipt, order confirmation or other proof of purchase. Opening or using an item can affect eligibility for a change-of-mind return, as explained below.

Where Cop’s Free Return Guarantee is expressly included with an eligible offer, it applies according to that offer’s conditions. Request authorization before sending the item. Once a return is accepted, we provide the applicable return label and instructions. Follow those instructions rather than buying postage or sending a parcel to an address found on an old package. Do not assume an independently arranged shipping expense will be reimbursed without agreement.

2. Items from independent sellers

The seller’s disclosed policy determines the voluntary return arrangements for its offer. Some retailers may offer a 30-day return period; some resale or collectible items may be final sale because opening, handling or returning them affects their resale condition. Cop’s voluntary Free Return Guarantee does not automatically apply to every seller. Review the seller’s disclosed return conditions for that offer, including any eligibility period, condition requirements and responsibility for postage. If no voluntary return is offered, the item may not be returnable simply because you change your mind. If you are unsure, check the seller’s policy and ask a Cop representative before buying.

This distinction does not remove rights relating to a defective, counterfeit, incorrect or misdescribed item, or any other mandatory remedy. Contact Cop customer care if you cannot identify the seller’s terms or need help with an order. A general exclusion for third-party items must not be used to reject a claim without considering the reason for the request and the law that applies.

3. Condition, packaging and collectible products

For a voluntary return, keep the product and everything supplied with it together. For footwear, this can include the original box, extra laces, inserts and attached tags. Protect the original product box inside a shipping carton rather than placing a carrier label or tape directly on collectible packaging. For clothing, keep tags attached and avoid washing, alterations, scents or signs of wear.

Opening sealed trading-card products, removing protective seals or using a product can change its condition and affect voluntary return eligibility. A dissatisfaction with a random assortment or the cards contained in a correctly described sealed product does not itself establish that the product was defective. Conversely, a broken seal on arrival, missing contents or a mismatch with the listing should be reported as an issue with the delivered goods, not treated automatically as a change-of-mind request.

4. Exclusions from voluntary returns

Cop’s voluntary return policy excludes sale items and gift cards, and may exclude opened, worn or used goods. Personalized or custom orders, perishable products, personal-care goods, hazardous materials and flammable liquids or gases are also excluded where relevant to an item actually offered and where permitted by law. Any offer-specific restriction must be brought to your attention before purchase.

These exclusions concern voluntary returns. They do not authorize a merchant to supply the wrong item, conceal a defect or refuse a legal warranty claim. Where a product is pre-owned, assess the condition disclosed at purchase and the problem reported. A pre-owned designation is not a waiver of the description or of applicable legal protections.

5. Requesting a return

Write to returns@cop.boutique with your order number, the item and size concerned, the reason for your request and the email address used for the purchase. For damaged, defective or incorrect goods, describe what happened and include relevant photographs if available. Do not send complete card details, passwords or unnecessary identity documents.

Wait for the return instructions and use the address supplied for your particular case. The return normally needs to be coordinated with the seller responsible for the order. Do not send a parcel to Cop’s business address without instructions identifying it as the correct destination for your case. A return request and an accepted refund are separate stages: authorization allows the item to be returned for the agreed review.

6. Damaged, incorrect, defective or potentially counterfeit items

Inspect the delivery and contact customercare@cop.boutique promptly if there is a problem. Keep the item, packaging, shipping label and any included documents while the case is assessed. Describe the discrepancy clearly—for example, a different size, an undisclosed stain, a damaged box on arrival or a specific authenticity concern. Do not continue using an item if that could worsen the problem or create a safety issue.

We may request information reasonably needed to establish what was ordered, what was received and the appropriate resolution. An inability to provide an unboxing video is not, by itself, a reason to deny a legal right. The applicable remedy can depend on the issue and the law; a store-credit-only response cannot replace a refund where a refund is legally required. See the Authenticity Policy for reporting suspected counterfeit goods.

7. Cancellation requests and address changes

If you need to cancel, contact customer care within 12 hours of placing the order whenever possible. Include the order number and explain whether the request concerns the entire order or particular items. We will consider the request against the actual stage of fulfilment. A request does not guarantee that packing or shipping has stopped, and an address-change request is not confirmation that the delivery address has been changed.

If the order can no longer be cancelled operationally, the applicable return process may be necessary. This 12-hour request period does not limit a statutory cancellation right. Do not refuse delivery or file a new order on the assumption that the original order has been cancelled unless you have received confirmation.

8. Sending an authorized return

Pack the correct item securely and include the requested order identification. Do not combine unrelated orders or different sellers’ goods unless instructed. Keep the shipping receipt and tracking information until the case is closed. If you believe you sent the wrong item by mistake, contact us immediately rather than making a second shipment without instructions.

A parcel sent without a return request may be difficult to identify and will not automatically qualify for a voluntary refund. We will assess statutory claims on their own merits. The return instructions should explain the destination, the shipping arrangement and any action needed from you; ask for clarification if an instruction is missing or inconsistent.

9. Inspection and refund processing

After the authorized recipient receives and inspects the return, we notify you whether the requested refund is approved. An approved refund is processed to the original payment method within 10 business days, unless a shorter period is required by law. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. If a statutory refund deadline applies, it takes priority over this general processing period.

The refund amount depends on the accepted items, the amount actually paid, applicable discounts and the treatment of shipping and taxes required by the transaction and the law. We will not present non-refundable tax or an undisclosed deduction as a standard rule. Contact help@cop.boutique if more than 15 business days have passed since approval without the refund appearing. Include the approval date and order number, not your full card details.

10. Exchanges and replacement orders

For a different size or product, the usual process is to return an eligible item and place a separate order for the replacement. Availability and price can change; a return request does not reserve another item. Contact customer care before ordering again if your request concerns an incorrect or defective delivery and you want to know what replacement options are available.

11. International and mandatory withdrawal rights

Where an order qualifies for a statutory withdrawal or cancellation right, that right applies in addition to this voluntary policy. For eligible purchases delivered to the European Union, a 14-day withdrawal period may apply, subject to the relevant legal conditions and exceptions. The treatment of inspection, diminished value, return costs and refunds follows the applicable law; an original-packaging condition must not be used to extinguish a right that the law preserves.

Availability of shipping to a destination must be confirmed at checkout. This section does not promise delivery to every country. Consumers in Quebec and elsewhere retain the remedies that apply to defective goods, non-delivery, missing contractual information and other protected circumstances.

This policy explains order processing, delivery estimates, shipping charges and what to do when a shipment needs attention. All sellers ship orders directly to buyers. Orders do not pass through a Cop warehouse or inspection location. The origin, selected offer, destination and delivery method can affect the service available for a particular item.

Read the delivery information supplied with your offer and at checkout. A specific delivery commitment forms part of the purchase where applicable. General estimates in this policy do not override a more specific commitment or a remedy provided by law.

1. Processing before shipment

The seller prepares the order according to the processing information disclosed for its offer. Processing schedules can differ between retailers and resale sellers; there is no single Cop warehouse schedule for all orders. Public holidays, sale periods, order verification and seller-specific operations can affect preparation time. Check the stated processing period before buying, and ask a Cop representative if it is unclear.

Processing time and carrier transit time are different. A shipment notification or tracking number may be generated before a carrier scans the parcel. If an order requires clarification, such as an incomplete address, respond through the published customer-service channels. We do not need your account password or full payment-card details to clarify a delivery address.

2. Transit estimates and delivery commitments

Transit time depends on the seller’s dispatch location, the selected carrier service and the destination. The estimate applicable to the offer or shipping method is the relevant estimate for your order; a general site policy cannot give every seller, carrier and address the same delivery time. Remote destinations, customs processing, holidays and carrier disruptions can affect the actual arrival date.

Check the shipping method and any delivery date presented before submitting payment. A later delay does not automatically cancel a contractual commitment or remove your legal right to a remedy. Contact shipping@cop.boutique if the disclosed delivery period has passed or tracking suggests the shipment is not progressing.

3. Shipping prices and free-shipping eligibility

The shipping charge for an order depends on the goods, seller or fulfilment location, delivery address and available service. The applicable charge is presented during checkout. A product-page indication of free-shipping eligibility or a shipping amount applies to the relevant offer and the delivery information available at that time. It is not a promise that all other items in the cart or every destination have the same rate.

When a rate cannot be confirmed, the storefront displays “Shipping calculated at checkout.” Review the final charge after entering the delivery address and selecting a method. Changing the seller, size, quantity, address or method may affect the result. Do not assume that a free-shipping indication includes return postage; return arrangements are explained in the Returns and Refunds Policy.

4. Orders with several items or sellers

Items in one order may be prepared separately and sent in multiple parcels. Different sellers or fulfilment locations may use different carriers or processing schedules. Receiving one parcel does not necessarily mean every item in the order has been delivered. Review shipment messages and the items associated with each shipment.

Shipping charges can be combined or calculated for separate delivery groups at checkout. A charge shown for one offer should not be understood as the delivery cost for unrelated seller items. If an item is cancelled or unavailable, contact us about the effect on the order and any adjustment that is required. We will not substitute another product or add an undisclosed delivery charge without a lawful basis and any agreement required.

5. Addresses, delivery instructions and restricted destinations

Enter a complete and accurate address, including an apartment or unit number where needed. Check the recipient name, postal code and contact information before paying. A carrier may not support every address type or special instruction. Available destinations and methods are determined during checkout; a country being mentioned in this policy does not guarantee service to every address there.

Contact customer care promptly to request an address correction. Changes depend on the shipment’s actual status and may not be possible after dispatch. Do not assume a submitted request has been applied until it is confirmed. Any additional service or charge must be disclosed and handled in accordance with applicable law.

6. Taxes, customs and international charges

Applicable sales taxes are calculated or disclosed with the transaction. Goods are not automatically tax-free because they are available locally. For an international delivery, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees or other customs charges may apply depending on the destination and the shipment arrangement. Review any information about charges collected at checkout and charges that may be payable upon import.

Where destination charges are disclosed as the buyer’s responsibility and are legally payable by the buyer, they are separate from the item price and shipping charge unless expressly included. Customs authorities determine the charges within their jurisdiction. Contact the relevant authority for an explanation of an assessment. Customs delays do not give either party permission to disregard mandatory delivery or refund obligations.

7. Missing, damaged or incorrectly delivered parcels

If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the parcel, check the delivery details and any safe location identified by the carrier, then contact us. If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the shipping carton, label and contents and send a description with relevant photographs where possible. Do not dispose of packaging needed to investigate a missing or damaged item until you have received instructions.

We may need to coordinate with the seller and carrier to establish what happened. Tracking information is relevant evidence, but a delivery scan alone does not resolve every dispute. You are not required by this policy to give up rights against the merchant or pursue the carrier as your only remedy. Report an incorrect item through customer care and follow the applicable return instructions.

8. Unsuccessful delivery, refusal and returns to sender

Contact us if delivery fails, a parcel is held for collection or a shipment is being returned to its origin. The next step depends on the reason for the failure, the item’s location and the applicable purchase terms. Refusing delivery is not a substitute for submitting a cancellation or return request. Equally, it does not remove a statutory right that applies to the situation.

We will communicate about any proposed redelivery or return arrangement. No automatic restocking fee or forfeiture of the purchase price is created by this policy. Fees, deductions and refunds must have a valid basis and comply with the terms disclosed before purchase and applicable law.

9. Shipping support

Write to shipping@cop.boutique with the order number, affected item and tracking number if available. For an incorrect or defective item, contact customercare@cop.boutique. Do not publish your full address or tracking details in a public review. Our Contact Information page provides the business’s published address and telephone number.

These conditions apply to your use of cop.boutique and to purchases made through the Cop storefront. Cop Inc. operates the storefront. In these conditions, “Cop”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Cop Inc.; “you” refers to the person using the storefront or placing an order. A “seller” is the business offering the particular item for sale. Depending on the offer, that business may be Cop or an independent seller.

Read these conditions together with our Returns and Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Notice and Authenticity and Anti-Counterfeiting Policy. The offer and the information presented before you submit an order also form part of your purchase. Save your order confirmation and the terms applicable when you buy. These conditions do not remove any protection that the law gives you and that cannot be waived by agreement.

1. Using Cop and maintaining your account

Provide accurate information when creating an account, placing an order or contacting us. Keep your email address and delivery information current. Protect access to your email account, sign-in codes and any other account credentials. Do not share a sign-in code with a person claiming to need it to process a refund or verify a purchase. Contact customer care if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into the transaction you are making. A parent or guardian must supervise use by a minor where their authorization is required. Any age-restricted promotion or product is subject to its own eligibility conditions and applicable law. Creating an account does not reserve inventory, approve a seller application or guarantee access to every service.

2. Cop offers and independent sellers

Different sellers may offer the same catalogue product, sometimes at different prices, in different sizes or conditions, and with different shipping arrangements. The catalogue page describes the product; the selected offer identifies what is available for purchase. The seller, selected size, condition, quantity and applicable terms are important parts of the transaction. A different offer may become available when you change a selection or return to the page later.

An independent seller is responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the goods it offers and for the obligations it assumes in connection with a sale. Separate seller agreements govern that business’s relationship with Cop. These conditions do not replace those agreements or promise sellers a particular fee, payout schedule or level of service. Cop’s role in operating the storefront and handling an order does not remove any responsibility imposed on Cop by law. If the seller or applicable terms are unclear, contact us before ordering.

3. Catalogue information, sizes and condition

Read the complete listing rather than relying only on a product title or photograph. Brand names, model names, size systems, release information and packaging can differ between editions and markets. Check whether a size is identified as men’s, women’s, youth, US, UK or another system. A catalogue identifier helps identify an item; it does not independently establish condition, authenticity, availability or delivery terms.

Catalogue images can illustrate a model rather than the exact unit that will be delivered. Device screens can also affect colour appearance. Any disclosed condition, included accessories and material differences remain part of the offer. These practical limitations do not excuse an incorrect item, an undisclosed material defect or a misleading description. Contact us before buying if a particular detail, such as box condition or an included accessory, is essential to your decision.

4. Availability and the selected offer

Availability can change between browsing, adding an item to the cart and completing checkout. Putting an item in a cart does not by itself reserve it. Review the final order summary, including the selected size and quantity, before submitting payment. Do not assume that an unavailable size can be supplied because another size of the same model is available.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will communicate about the affected item and the available resolution. We will not substitute a different size, condition or product without your agreement. Any cancellation and refund must respect the purchase terms and applicable law. The availability of a later offer at another price does not automatically change an existing order.

5. Prices, currency, taxes and shipping

The currency displayed with your order governs payment. Review the item prices, shipping charges, discounts, applicable taxes and order total before submitting the order. Product prices and offers can change for future purchases. A shipping indication on a product page relates to the relevant offer and available delivery information; changing an address, quantity, seller or shipping method may change the charge shown at checkout.

Import duties, brokerage charges or other destination charges may apply to an international shipment when disclosed and legally payable by the buyer. Our Shipping Policy explains this distinction. A product’s availability in a country does not mean the purchase is tax-free. We will not treat a general pricing disclaimer as permission to charge an undisclosed fee or disregard a mandatory advertised-price rule.

6. Orders, payment and communications

You authorize payment of the amount you approve at checkout using a payment method you are entitled to use. Shopify and the payment providers available at checkout support transaction processing. Available methods and any provider-specific conditions are shown during payment. A payment authorization, receipt, order confirmation and shipment confirmation can occur at different stages; retain the messages you receive for your records.

We may need additional information to resolve an address problem, suspected unauthorized payment or another issue affecting an order. Requests must be relevant to that purpose. Never send your full card number, card security code or account password by email. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will address any payment already collected and any legally required refund. Nothing here allows us to keep payment for goods we cancel without a lawful basis.

7. Cancellations and order corrections

Contact customer care promptly if you entered the wrong size or address or need to request cancellation. The cancellation-request period is 12 hours after placing an order, but a request is not a confirmation that fulfilment has stopped. An order already prepared, dispatched or delivered may need to be handled under the Returns and Refunds Policy instead.

That operational request period does not shorten a legal right to cancel, including a right arising from missing required information, non-delivery or another legally recognized reason. If a listing or price contains an error, we will handle it under the applicable law and communicate the proposed resolution. We do not reserve a blanket right to cancel a binding purchase merely because a different price would have been preferable.

8. Delivery and responsibility for an order

Delivery methods, processing periods, destination restrictions and shipment issues are addressed in the Shipping Policy. All sellers ship directly to buyers, and no orders pass through Cop. Orders can involve more than one seller or shipment. A tracking number is evidence of a shipment record; its creation alone does not necessarily mean the carrier has received the parcel.

Tell us if a parcel is missing, damaged or materially late. We may request information needed to investigate with the seller or carrier. A carrier investigation does not automatically remove your rights against the merchant or require you to waive a lawful remedy. No provision here automatically transfers every delivery risk to you when a package leaves a warehouse.

9. Returns, refunds and authenticity concerns

Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains voluntary returns, cancellation requests, damaged or incorrect goods, exclusions and refund processing. Seller-specific voluntary terms apply only as disclosed and as permitted by law. Final-sale wording does not authorize the sale of counterfeit goods or eliminate legal warranties and remedies for defective or misdescribed goods.

Products offered on Cop must be authentic. Report a concern through customer care with the order number and relevant information. Follow the handling and return instructions provided for that case. Do not knowingly resell, substitute or destroy an item being reviewed in a way that prevents a fair investigation. Our Authenticity and Anti-Counterfeiting Policy describes seller obligations and the reporting process.

10. Permitted use and prohibited conduct

Use the storefront lawfully and for its intended purposes. Do not access another person’s account, impersonate a buyer or seller, submit fraudulent payment information, manipulate stock or pricing, interfere with checkout, introduce harmful code, bypass access controls or attempt to obtain another person’s private information. Do not use order, return or authenticity procedures to submit knowingly false claims.

Do not harass staff, customers or sellers, send threats, or submit unlawful discriminatory content. These rules do not prohibit an honest negative review, a good-faith complaint, a lawful payment dispute or contact with a regulator. Any restriction imposed for misuse must remain consistent with applicable law and must not extinguish an unresolved order or refund obligation.

11. Content, intellectual property and submissions

Cop’s branding, site design and original content belong to Cop or the relevant rights holder. Product brands and third-party material remain the property of their owners. Displaying a brand or product does not, by itself, claim that Cop is the manufacturer, an authorized dealer or endorsed by that brand. You may use the storefront to shop and keep reasonable records of your transactions. Other copying or commercial exploitation requires permission or another lawful basis.

If you submit content for public display, you must have the rights needed to do so and must not include another person’s confidential information without authorization. You permit Cop to host, format and display that submission for the purpose for which you supplied it. Sending a private support message or an authenticity complaint does not give us unrestricted permission to publish your personal information or use it in advertising. Reports of infringement can be sent to administration@cop.boutique with enough detail to identify the material and the rights concerned.

12. Third-party services and links

Some features depend on third-party providers, including payment, account and delivery services. A provider may have its own terms and privacy notice. Read those terms when choosing a service, particularly where a separate account or financing agreement is involved. Links to external websites are provided in context and do not make every statement on those websites a statement by Cop.

This section does not turn an order placed through Cop into an unrelated external transaction or excuse obligations Cop has undertaken. If a third-party service fails during payment, avoid repeatedly submitting the same order until you have checked whether a payment or order was created.

13. Service availability and limits of these conditions

Maintenance, network interruptions and other technical issues may affect access to the storefront. We do not promise continuous, error-free availability. Where legally permitted, Cop is not responsible for losses that are remote from a breach or that the applicable law does not make recoverable. Any limitation is subject to mandatory law and the specific circumstances of the claim.

We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, disclaim applicable legal warranties, or require a consumer to give up a statutory remedy. In particular, Quebec consumer protections apply where the law makes them applicable. Nothing in these conditions requires mandatory private arbitration, prevents an eligible small-claims proceeding or prohibits a remedy that the law protects.

14. Changes, interpretation and disputes

Changes to these conditions apply prospectively, subject to any notice or consent required by law. A later version does not silently replace the terms of a completed purchase or reduce an accrued right. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent legally possible. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a permanent waiver.

The laws applicable to your transaction, including mandatory consumer rules in your jurisdiction, govern your rights. For Quebec consumers, the applicable laws of Quebec and Canada remain fully available. English and French versions are intended to describe the same obligations; neither version is designated here to override mandatory language protections. Contact customer care to try to resolve an issue, without giving up your right to seek advice, contact a regulator or use a competent court.
