Frequently asked questions
Does pickup cost anything?
It’s free at the store of the seller you bought from. At another store that accepts other sellers’ orders, you pay the selling seller’s shipping fee to get it there. Checkout shows the fee before you pay.
Can every order be picked up?
Only at stores that can hand over everything in your cart: the seller’s own store, or a store that accepts other sellers’ orders. Checkout lists the stores that can.
How do I know it’s ready?
The store marks your order ready and you get an email.
