Return Policy
At Cop Inc., we are dedicated to providing a transparent and seamless shopping experience for our customers. Please take a moment to review our return policy, which includes specific details for items shipped and sold by Cop Inc., as well as other important information.
Products Shipped and Sold by Cop Inc.
We offer a Free Return Guarantee on products shipped and sold by Cop Inc., provided that the product is in brand new condition. Please note that if a product has been opened or worn, we cannot accept returns. All sales of such items are final, and we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns, except in cases where an incorrect item was delivered.
If you receive the wrong item, please return it in its original, untouched condition to one of our Pick Up / Drop Off locations or to the warehouse it was fulfilled from. For defective or damaged products, email us at customercare@cop.boutique with a detailed description of the issue, and we will assist you promptly.
Pre-Owned Items and Product Authenticity
Some of our products are pre-owned and may have been previously used. To help you find what you need, we offer filters to distinguish between new and pre-owned items. Rest assured, all product listings include original images, and our team carefully inspects each item for authenticity before shipping.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order due to an emergency, please notify us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, we may be unable to process your cancellation request. The decision regarding cancellations will be made by our customer service agents.
General Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy for most items, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, contact us at returns@cop.boutique. Returns should be sent to: 99 A Boul. de l'aéroport, Bromont. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Please note that items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any defects, damage, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (e.g., beauty products), hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. Returns are also not accepted for items sold by third parties. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, please get in touch.
Exchanges
For the quickest way to get a replacement, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without needing to provide a reason. The item must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at noreply@copcoop.com.
