Community guidelines

Reviews help other buyers decide. These rules keep them honest and useful.

Who can write a review

  • Only customers who bought the product on Cop can review it, so every review is a Verified Purchase.
  • You can write one review per product and edit or delete it at any time.
  • Sellers can’t review products they sell, and nobody can review a product for a friend, relative, employer or competitor.
  • Helpful votes are open to customers who have ordered from Cop.

What a review should be about

  • The product itself: fit, sizing, quality, materials, how it wears over time.
  • Your honest experience, positive or negative.

What’s not allowed

  • Feedback that’s only about the seller, shipping, packaging or an order issue. Contact us instead, we’ll help.
  • Private information: phone numbers, emails, addresses, order numbers.
  • Profanity, harassment, hate speech or sexual content.
  • Links to other websites, ads or promotions.
  • Reviews written in exchange for payment, free products or discounts.
  • Spam, repeated text or content copied from elsewhere.

Reports and removal

  • Anyone signed in can report a review. A review reported by several customers is held until our team checks it.
  • We remove reviews that break these rules.
