It is not often that Nike retros collaborations, while most rarely resurface. But with its continuously growing fan base and pleas from Air Max fans to revive the 16-year-old colorway, Nike brought back the sneaker in its OG form.
The Nike Air Max 90 Bacon returns with all of the design qualities from the 2004 collaboration with Dave’s Quality Meat’s creator, David Ortiz. Mimicking the different shades of colors that appear from raw bacon, the sneaker is composed of various shades of brown, red, pink, and off-white. With a combination of suede, tumbled leather, and mesh, this Air Max 90 brings a luxe feel to the traditional 1990 model.
