What are pre-orders ? Pre-orders are advanced purchases made on new upcoming merchandise that is scheduled to be shipped for a specific future date. Any item that is listed as a pre-order will have its own specific shipping date.
The estimated shipping period is located in the description of each pre-order item. Please make note of each pre-order ending date and estimated shipping time before purchasing.
All pre-orders ship within the time frame stated in the product description. The date can be found on product page.
You may cancel your pre-order but a 20% restocking fee may apply. Please make sure to contact us 24-72 hours before the release date. Refunds and Cancellations will only be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds and cancellations on pre-orders will only be processed in the following scenarios...
- Release is completely cancelled. NOT if the release date is changed.
- Release is exclusive to a Specific Retailer.
- Unforeseen inventory issue or delay on our end.
- Error on pricing on our end.
Once your PRE-ORDER has shipped, tracking info will be automatically sent via App Push Notification and/or E-Mail.
